WHOAMI

I am a Penetration Tester at Scytale based in Johannesburg, South Africa. I spend a lot of time learning and tinkering with technology and security, but that’s only one part of who I am.

Outside of work I enjoy exercising, reading, writing (duh), playing games, attending Church and many other random things.

What I do

I work in cybersecurity, with a particular interest in penetration testing and offensive security. I enjoy digging into technical problems, figuring out how things work, and learning something new along the way.

This blog

This is my personal corner of the internet.

I write about whatever I find interesting - sometimes technology and cybersecurity, but also theology, philosophy, literature, or just things I have been thinking about.

This blog is not meant to be a professional portfolio or an extensiion of my LinkedIn. It is just a place to document things, share what I learn, and put some of the things I am interested in out into the world.

P.S.

For those of you curious about the name of this blog, I wrote a companion article for why I chose Podvig.
